These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Premium IPTV Australia streaming service (“Service”) operated by Premium IPTV Australia (“we,” “us,” or “Company”). By purchasing a subscription, using the Service, or accessing our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms apply to all users worldwide, with Australian law governing all matters.
2. Service Description
Premium IPTV Australia provides an internet-based television streaming service that includes:
- Live television channels in SD, HD, Full HD (1080p), and 4K Ultra HD quality.
- On-demand video content including movies and TV series.
- Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) for compatible plan tiers.
- Catch-up TV functionality on supported channels.
- Access credentials in M3U and Xtream Codes formats.
The Service is provided for personal, residential, non-commercial use only. Content availability, channel selection, and quality levels may vary and are subject to change without notice as they depend on third-party broadcast rights and infrastructure.
3. Account Registration and Security
When you subscribe, you create an account associated with your email address. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
- Keep your login credentials (username, password, M3U URL) strictly confidential and not share them with anyone outside your permitted simultaneous connection allowance.
- Notify us immediately at support@auiptv.org if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where credential sharing or account abuse is detected, without refund.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
We offer the following subscription tiers (current pricing available at pricing.html):
- 1-Month Plan — 1 simultaneous connection, 30 days access.
- 3-Month Plan — 2 simultaneous connections, 90 days access.
- 6-Month Plan — 2 simultaneous connections, 180 days access.
- 12-Month Plan — 3 simultaneous connections, 365 days access.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change with 14 days advance notice for existing subscribers. Your subscription commences upon payment confirmation and expires after the stated period regardless of usage.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full at the time of subscription. Subscriptions are activated only upon confirmed payment.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and bank transfer.
- All card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. We do not store card details.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive reminder emails before expiry.
- Failed payment attempts for renewals (if manually initiated) will result in service suspension until payment is received.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree that you will NOT use the Service to:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share access credentials beyond your permitted device allowance.
- Use the Service for commercial broadcasting, public display, or public performance.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features, access controls, or technical restrictions.
- Reproduce, copy, archive, capture, or record content from the Service without explicit written authorisation.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service or extract channel lists.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
The content accessible through the Service is owned by or licensed to the respective content owners and broadcasters. Premium IPTV Australia does not claim ownership of third-party content. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content accessed through the Service.
Our website design, branding, logos, and written content are the intellectual property of Premium IPTV Australia and may not be used without written permission.
8. Service Availability and Disclaimers
We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for:
- Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance (announced in advance), hardware failure, or internet outages beyond our control.
- Changes to channel availability due to third-party licensing changes.
- Quality degradation due to your internet service provider’s infrastructure or network congestion.
- Incompatibility issues with specific device firmware versions or IPTV player applications.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium IPTV Australia’s total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.
10. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. For major failures, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with immediate effect and without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service immediately ceases.
- Credentials issued to you become void.
- Refunds for terminated accounts (due to Terms violations) are at our sole discretion.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Cancelled accounts are eligible for refund under our Refund Policy.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes by posting a notice on our website and emailing registered subscribers. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@auiptv.org. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
