This policy outlines how our guarantee works and the process for requesting a refund.
1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every subscription plan — 1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month, and 12-Month — is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. This means:
- You can request a full refund at any point within 30 calendar days of your purchase date.
- You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request.
- There are no cancellation fees, processing charges, or deductions.
- The refund is returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We believe in our service so strongly that we do not impose conditions on refund requests made within 30 days — not even usage-based conditions.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a full refund, your request must meet these conditions:
- Within 30 days — the refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the original payment date.
- No ToS violations — your account has not been found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, including unauthorised credential sharing or commercial resale.
- One refund per customer — each customer is entitled to one refund. Purchasing a new subscription after receiving a refund and then requesting another refund on the new subscription is not permitted.
- Paid subscriptions only — free trial accounts require no payment and are therefore not eligible for refunds.
3. How to Request a Refund

Your refund request will be acknowledged within 30 minutes of receipt, and the refund itself will be processed within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Processing Times
Once approved, refund processing times by payment method:
- Visa/Mastercard/Amex — 3–5 business days to appear on your statement (may vary by bank).
- PayPal — 1–3 business days, visible immediately in your PayPal balance.
- Cryptocurrency — refunded in AUD equivalent at the time of original payment via your preferred method, or returned in the same cryptocurrency to your wallet address. Processing time: 1–2 business days.
- Bank transfer — 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
If your refund has not arrived within 7 business days after approval, contact us and we will investigate with the payment processor on your behalf.
5. Partial Refunds and Exceptions
The following situations are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Requests after 30 days — requests received between 31–60 days after purchase may be eligible for a pro-rata credit to your account balance (rather than a cash refund) at our discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation — we always try to find a fair resolution.
- Extenuating circumstances — we understand that life happens. If you experienced a genuine hardship or technical issue beyond 30 days, please contact us. We review all such requests personally.
- Duplicate payments — if you accidentally submitted two payments for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately with no time restriction.
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service (credential sharing, commercial redistribution).
- Requests made after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Free trial accounts (which involve no payment).

7. Australian Consumer Law
This Refund Policy operates alongside and does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
